Physical Therapy

The Physical Therapy Department is managed by Heartland Rehabilitative Services, Inc.

The vision of the Physical Therapy Department is to provide our patients with the highest quality of rehabilitative care and exceptional customer service with the ultimate goal of helping every patient achieve their maximum functional level. Through our rehabilitative services and patient education we will prepare patients for a safe return to home. If a patient is unable to safely return home, we will assist the patient in preparing for the next phase of rehabilitation that will lead to the ultimate goal of independence.
