The MCN provides comprehensive laboratory services. When it comes to lab services, there is no substitute for quality care, accuracy, and convenience.

The MCN Laboratory is fully accredited by The College of American Pathologist. Our team of pathologists, board-certified in clinical and anatomical pathology, work directly with registered medical professionals to assure complete and accurate results.

Strong Affiliation

The MCN Laboratory works with University Reference Laboratories (URL) for clinical and pathological samples. URL was created to make available the resources and expertise of The Ohio State University Medical Center Clinical Laboratories to community health care institutions, professionals, and patients throughout Ohio. We are proud to be affiliated with URL and reap the benefits of being associated with leading physicians, pathologists, scientists, and educators at The Ohio State University Medical Center.

Scheduling An Appointment

For your convenience, you do not need a scheduled appointment for lab services at MCN. Our walk-in services are available during the hours listed below.

What To Expect

Your physician will give you an order for lab services. When you arrive at MCN, enter through the door designated Outpatient Services – Imaging and Lab. Our highly trained, experienced lab technicians will quickly draw your blood, and you will be on your way home. Your physician will be notified of the results, usually within 24 hours, and will contact you directly.
